(A) Any suspension, revocation or stop order by the Public Works Department may be appealed by the permittee to the Appeal Authority by filing a written notice of appeal within ten days of the action of the Public Works Department.
(B) The Appeal Authority shall hear such appeal, if written request therefor be timely filed, as soon as practical, and render its decision within a reasonable time following filing of notice of appeal.
