(A) It shall be unlawful to operate or ride a bicycle upon the sidewalks adjoining Main Street between 200 South and 100 North.
(B) It shall be unlawful to operate or ride a bicycle, skateboard, roller skates and/or in-line skates on the sidewalks adjoining Main Street between 200 South and 100 North as well as the plaza area and sidewalks adjacent to the city’s corporate offices between Main Street and 100 East.
(C) A violation of this section shall be punishable by a fine.
