(A) Term. A small wireless facility permit shall have a term of ten years commencing on the date the small wireless facility permit is issued.
(B) Renewal permitted. A permittee seeking to renew a small wireless facility permit may, not later than six months prior to the expiration of the small wireless facility permit, file an application for renewal with the Department. The Department shall review a renewal application consistent with this subchapter, as amended. To be eligible for renewal, the permittee must be in compliance with its permit and this subchapter. A permittee may submit a consolidated application for the renewal of multiple small wireless facility permits.
