(A) Publicizing work. Before entering onto any private property, a provider shall make a good faith attempt to contact the property owners in advance, and describe the work to be performed.
(B) Notification prior to commencement of work in the right-of-way. Providers shall notify the City Engineer at least 48 hours before commencing work in any right-of-way of the city. All work shall comply with the city’s Public Works Department Technical Specifications and Standards.
