§ 71.011 DYNAMIC BRAKING DEVICES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to operate any motor vehicle with a dynamic braking device engaged, except for the aversion of imminent danger or emergency services.
   (B)   This restriction does not apply to the following street segments:
      (1)   The portion of U.S. Highway 89 east of Main Street to the eastern city corporate boundary;
      (2)   The portion of 200 S./SR-90 east of the intersection of 350 S. Street to the eastern city corporate boundary; and
      (3)   On and off-ramps at I-15 interchanges 363 (Forest Street) and 365 (900 North Street), as illustrated in the following image.
   (C)    A DYNAMIC BRAKING DEVICE is defined as any device used primarily on trucks for the conversion of the engine from an internal combustion engine to an air compressor for the purpose of braking without the use of wheel brakes. DYNAMIC BRAKING DEVICES are commonly referred to as JACOB BRAKES, JAKE BRAKES, ENGINE BRAKES or COMPRESSION BRAKES.
