§ 151.010 DURATION OF PERMIT TO OPERATE PUBLIC SWIMMING POOL; SUSPENSION AND REVOCATION.
   A permit for the operation of a public swimming pool shall be effective until suspended or revoked. The pool shall not be operated as a public pool, except upon new application and the granting of a new operating permit.
