§ 151.007 FAILURE TO FOLLOW APPROVED PLANS.
   It is unlawful to construct, alter, remodel or enlarge any swimming pool in any manner which varies in any substantial or material particular from the plans and specifications approved by Community Development for which a permit has been issued.
