§ 150.011 PERSONS WHO MAY ENGAGE IN BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION ACTS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the practice of building and construction within the corporate limits of the city unless duly licensed by the state through the Department of Professional Licensing, as applicable.
