§ 150.002 DUTIES OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT.
   It shall be the duty of Community Development to see that all new buildings, remodels or demolition of any buildings, are carried out in the manner provided in the Building Code of the city and to perform such other and further duties as may be prescribed from time to time by law or ordinance.
