§ 71.005 FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF MOTOR VEHICLE OWNERS AND OPERATORS ACT.
   The Financial Responsibility of Motor Vehicle Owners and Operators Act, U.C.A. Title 41, Chapter 12a, as amended, is hereby adopted as a city ordinance; provided, however, that, any provision of the foregoing having a penalty which cannot be imposed for violation of a city ordinance is not adopted.
