§ 71.002 UNIFORM DRIVER’S LICENSE ACT.
   The Uniform Driver License Act, U.C.A. Title 53, Chapter 3, as amended, is hereby adopted as a city ordinance; provided, however, that, any provision of the foregoing having a penalty which cannot be imposed for violation of a city ordinance is not adopted.
