§ 70.004 TRAFFIC ACCIDENT STUDIES AND REPORTS.
   (A)   Whenever the accidents in any particular location become numerous, the Chief of Police shall cooperate with the Public Works Department in conducting studies of such accidents and determining remedial measures.

   (B)   The Police Department shall maintain a suitable system of filing accident reports.
