§ 155.02 APPLICABILITY.

This chapter shall be applicable to all non-residential site plans involving construction of new structures or renovation of existing structures, and paving of parking or other non-structured areas. Any construction taking place in an HC (Highway Commercial District); CBD (Commercial Business District); or I (Industrial District) shall be subject to these rules and regulations regarding stormwater mitigation.
