The pond owned by the city located on part of TR5, 15th Addition to the City of Bridgeport, Nebraska located behind Sonny's Grocery Store and formerly used as a swimming pool shall be and hereby is designated as a fishing hole for children, subject to the following terms and limitations:
(A) The pond shall be available for fishing by children ages 15 and under from sunrise to sunset. No persons ages 16 and older shall fish in said pond except for assisting an allowed child.
(B) No rafts, canoes, boats or other floating devises used to support people shall be allowed on said pond.
(C) No swimming shall be allowed in said pond.
(D) All rules and regulations pertaining to fishing of the Nebraska Game and Parks Division of the State of Nebraska shall be in full force and effect.
(E) Any person violating any of the above conditions shall be guilty of a crime punishable by a fine up to $200.
