(A) No permits will be issued for the drilling of any water well, potable or other within the city limits of the City of Bridgeport, Morrill County Nebraska. Sump pumps within buildings and sand points used to dewater buildings are exempt from this section.
(B) No permits will be issued within city limits or within the zoning jurisdiction of the city for construction of any of the following, if they are within the stated distances of any municipal water well for the city:

(C) Any of the above for which permits are granted must be constructed to State of Nebraska Standards and any of the above that are required to be constructed by licensed contractors by the State of Nebraska shall be so required by this section.
