In order to accommodate anticipated long-range future growth, the City Comprehensive Development Plan, as prepared by Arter-Hoskins, is hereby incorporated by reference in addition to all amendments which may now or in the future be made, as though printed in full herein. The Plan shall consist of maps, graphs, and text. One copy of the herein adopted Plan shall be kept on file with the City Clerk/Treasurer and available for inspection by any member of the public during office hours.
