§ 93.17 RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Board of Park Commissioners shall have the power and authority to enact bylaws, rules, and regulations for the protection of those using the swimming pool and for the efficient management thereof. They may provide suitable penalties for the violation of the bylaws, rules, and regulations subject to the review and supervision of the City Council.
