(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to place vegetative matter generated from yards or gardens, tires, auto batteries, construction debris, large appliances and waste oil in any trash receptacle not specifically set aside for the purpose within the city limits.
(B) Vegetative matter generated from yards or gardens shall include, but not be limited to, grass clippings, leaves, branches, trees, or garden plants.
