§ 33.20 K-9 POLICE OFFICER.
   (A)   The K-9 Police Officer will be trained by an accredited K-9 Training Facility and will receive certification as a K-9 Officer through the State of Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission.
   (B)   One K-9 Police Officer may be appointed by the Mayor and with the consent of Council.
   (C)   The Village K-9 Police Officer shall be paid as set by Council, which shall be in addition to said officer’s current wage and salary.
