§ 132.16 BOARDING OR JUMPING UPON ANY PASSENGER TRAIN OR CAR.
   Whoever shall, within the corporate limits of the village, board or jump upon any freight train or car, without the consent of the conductor thereof, with the intention of riding thereon; or whoever shall board or jump upon any passenger train or car unlawfully and without intending to become a regular passenger thereon; or whoever shall, within the corporate limits, be found upon any freight or passenger car in use and operation as a portion of the train; or whoever loiters in or near railroad property or premises for the purpose of boarding any such car or train or otherwise riding thereon; or whoever, except those connected with or employed upon the railroad, shall walk upon or along the railroad track or tracks within the corporate limits, except where the same shall be laid across or along streets and highways, in which case he or she shall not walk upon the track, unless necessary to cross the same; shall upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $20 nor less than $2, and pay the cost of prosecution.
