§ 131.36 STEALING FROM OR DESTROYING GARDENS.
   (A)   No person shall steal, pilfer, carry away or appropriate any produce, garden vegetable, plants or garden tools within the village without the owner’s consent.
   (B)   No person shall destroy, mutilate, cut down or in any other way damage any produce, garden vegetables, plants or garden tools within the village.
   (C)   No person or corporation shall knowingly buy or receive any garden vegetable, plant or produce, knowing the same to be stolen or without first investigating the source of such garden vegetable, plant or produce if the same is offered for the sale under such circumstances as to put a prudent person on guard.
   (D)   Any person or corporation who violates any division of this section upon conviction shall be fined not more than $100.
