§ 32.04 RECREATION BOARD.

(A) A Recreation Board for the village, consisting of five members, two of whom shall be members of the Board of Education of the Village School District, be and are hereby established as provided in the General Code of Ohio §§ 4065-2, 4065-3 and 4065-4, and that the members of said Board shall be appointed in accordance with and subject to all the provisions of said code.

(B) The members of the Board shall serve without remuneration.
