§ 32.01 PARK ADVISORY COMMITTEE.
   (A)   There is established in the village, a Park Advisory Commission consisting of three members who are residents of the village, who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council. Members of the Park Advisory Commission shall serve without compensation and shall serve indefinitely in the pleasure of the Mayor.
   (B)   The Park Advisory Commission herein created shall be unofficial and advisory only, and shall not be considered a statutory park board as contemplated by the Ohio Revised Code.
   (C)   The Park Advisory Commission shall be responsible for inspection of the village parks and determination of what maintenance and improvements should be made in the parks.
   (D)   The Park Advisory Commission shall meet at least once a month, and shall report their findings and recommendations to the Mayor from time to time.
   (E)   The Park Advisory Commission shall have no power to expend funds of the village, to bind the village by contract or understanding, employ persons or in any other manner undertake duties other than as specified herein. The Park Advisory Commission shall not infringe upon the proper authority and functions of the Recreation Board, any park committee established by Council or any other agent or officer of the village.
