(A) The position of sewage plant operator is hereby created, whose duties shall consist of the supervision and care of the local sewage plant and such other duties as the Council of the village shall from time to time assign the said sewage plant operator.
(B) The salary of said position shall be as set by Council.
(C) The Mayor shall appoint the sewer plant operator, which appointment shall be approved by the majority of the members of Council.
