§ 31.109 SUPERINTENDENT OF WATER; DUTIES.
   The Village Council is hereby authorized to employ a Superintendent of Water who will operate and supervise the water system and assist with the operation of the water pollution control system, and when not so engaged in this work, to perform any other work designated by the Village Council or the Mayor of the village.
