§ 115.99 PENALTY.
   Dancing and/or the playing of music in any manner after the hour of 12:00 midnight shall be unlawful and the proprietor, owner or employee of any public place who permits dancing and/or the playing of music in such place after the hour of 12:00 midnight shall be subject to a fine of not more than $25.
