(A) All grantees shall construct, operate and maintain cable television systems in strict compliance with all laws, ordinances and departmental rules and regulations affecting those systems.
(B) All cable television systems and all parts thereof shall be subject to the right of periodic inspection by the village.
(C) The Director of Administration may, from time to time, issue such reasonable rules and regulations concerning the construction, operation and maintenance of cable television systems as are consistent with the provisions of this chapter and the Act.
(D) If, at any time, the powers of the Village Council or any agency or official of the village are transferred by law to any other board, authority, agency or official then such other board, authority agency or official shall have the powers, rights and duties previously vested under the chapter in Village Council or any agency or official of the village.
