(A) Any franchise granted shall be for the present territorial limits of the village, and for any area henceforth added thereto during the term of any franchise.
(B) Cable service shall be made available to every dwelling unit in the franchise area. Any area henceforth added to the village shall be provided cable service within six months of the date the annexation was finalized unless the Director of Administration waives such requirement.
