§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 96.01 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any person convicted of a subsequent violation within one year of the prior conviction of § 96.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
   (C)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 96.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense. For each subsequent offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed, each day that a junk motor vehicle remains on such premises.
