(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 95.01 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a second offense within a period of one year.
(C) Whoever violates § 95.02 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor; if the offender has had one prior conviction of this offense, the second violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; if the offender has had two or more prior convictions of this offense, any subsequent violation of this section is a misdemeanor of the third degree.
(D) Whoever violates § 95.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $50 and not more than $5,000 and imprisoned up to one year or both.
