§ 31.003 RATE OF PAY FOR TEMPORARY CHANGE OF DUTIES.
   When a full-time employee assumes the duties of another full-time employee, then said person shall receive the higher wages or salary normally paid to such latter employee during the time such former employee assumes the entire responsibility for said position.
