Application for permits to construct, reconstruct, reset, resurface or repair any sidewalk in the public right-of-way shall be made on a form established by the village. Each application shall set forth such information as the village requires; otherwise, it shall not be processed. The fee for the permit shall be established through the Village Council fee schedule resolution.
