§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 92.01 though 92.22, shall upon conviction thereof be fined not more than $100 for the first offense, and for each subsequent offense such person shall be fined not more than $500.
