(A) No person or owner of any vehicle, including trucks, trailers and semitrailers either single or in combination, designed to carry a load of two tons or more shall park such vehicle upon any of the village streets or alleys with the exception of:

(B) (1) No person shall park a truck having in excess of three-fourths ton carrying capacity, a trailer, semitrailer, commercial tractor or wrecker on a village roadway at any time in front of or alongside of property used exclusively for residential purposes, except for loading or unloading purposes
(2)
No person shall park a recreational vehicle, mobile home or manufactured home, motor home, camper, trailer, watercraft or boat trailer upon any street within the village.
