(A) No person shall consume any beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle.
(B) No person shall transport or possess an open container of beer or intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle in such a manner that the container is accessible to the operator or a passenger without leaving the vehicle.
(C) No person under the age of 19 years shall transport or possess beer in a motor vehicle.
(D) No person under the age of 21 years shall transport or possess intoxicating liquor in a motor vehicle.
(E) Whoever violates divisions (A), (B), (C) or (D) of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
