Council shall meet in regular session at the Council Chambers at 7:00 p.m. on the first and third Mondays of each month. Whenever the date of a regular meeting of Council falls on the following legal holidays as defined by R.C. § 1.14 (or any statute hereafter adopted by the Ohio Legislature) then the regular meeting shall be held on the Tuesday following such legal holiday: New Year’s, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Veteran’s Day
