§ 37.11 GRANT APPLICATIONS POLICY.
   The following process shall be in place and observed for any grant application from any village official or department head.
   (A)   All grant application requests shall be in writing and shall include an estimated cost and outline all grant and local funding sources.
   (B)   All grant application requests from all village departments shall be processed by the Village Administrator with the assistance of the Mayor, Village Clerk, and the Supervisor (s) or Chief(s) that oversees the department involved.
   (C)   Council shall be tasked to consider and formally deny or approve any grant application submitted from any village department.
   (D)   In their consideration process Council shall be advised of how the local funding for any grant submittal fits into the budget of the village or village department.
   (E)   A request for submitting a grant application will not be considered or approved by Council until the next meeting unless deemed an emergency by Council.
