§ 70.13 GRANTING STATE DIRECTOR OF TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY TO MAINTAIN STATE HIGHWAYS, PAVEMENT MARKERS AND TO ERECT WARNING SIGNS ON STATE HIGHWAYS.
   It is hereby declared to be in the public interest that the consent of the village, and such consent hereby is, given to the Ohio Department of Transportation to maintain the traveled portions of, apply longitudinal markings, and erect regulatory and warning signs on state highways within the village limits, and plow snow and place abrasives for ice control on of state highways within the corporation limits, in accordance with the standard practices of the Ohio Department of Transportation.
