§ 30.03 NO SMOKING IN COUNCIL OFFICES.

Smoking shall not be permitted in Council Chambers or the adjacent Clerk-Treasurer’s or Mayor’s offices at any time. Appropriate signs shall be posted. Any person violating this rule may be ejected from the said offices and barred from chambers.
