§ 30.01 TWO SIGNATURES REQUIRED ON ALL WARRANTS.
   (A)   All warrants issued from the village shall be required to have two signatures.
   (B)   The signers of the warrants shall be any two of the following three persons: the Mayor, Village Clerk-Treasurer and Assistant to the Village Clerk-Treasurer.
   (C)   The Village Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to complete the proper paperwork with any and all financial institutions to meet this requirement.
