§ 54.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person found to be violating any provision of §§ 54.15 through 54.23 except § 54.21 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof, shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $1,000 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
      (2)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 54.15 through 54.23 shall become liable to the village for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the village by reason of such violation.
   (C)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of § 54.21, or any rule, regulation or order promulgated pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both. Except where otherwise provided, a separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
