Any motor vehicle licensed in accordance with this chapter and subsequently found by the Police Department not to be in compliance with the requirements of this chapter, may be impounded. In such case the licensee shall be ordered to comply with such requirements. Upon his failure to do so, the Village Administrator, upon recommendation of the Police Department, may revoke the licensee's permit.
