§ 90.20 RESTRICTIONS ON KENNELS.
   (A)   No person shall operate a kennel within the corporate limits of the village unless said kennel is permitted under Chapter 153 of the codified ordinances of the village.
   (B)   For purposes of this section, KENNEL shall mean and include any pack or group of dogs over the amount of four and over the age of six months kept together in a residence for any purpose.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor upon the first offense, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on the second offense and a misdemeanor of the third degree on each subsequent offense.
   (D)   A violation of this section is deemed to constitute a nuisance and shall be subject to abatement procedures under the Ohio Revised Code and/or pursuant to the ordinances of the village.
