(A) The legislative authority of the village approves the District Solid Waste Management Plan provided by the Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Joint Solid Waste Management District.
(B) If the plan is ratified (60% approval by the local jurisdictions, the Stark County Commissioners and the City of Canton), the parties agree to pass any and all lawful and appropriate resolutions and ordinances, and to do all things necessary and proper to authorize and allow for the lawful implementation of the contingent funding and the supplemental funding of the plan when the contingencies manifest.
(C) The Village Clerk-Treasurer is hereby directed to send the District a copy of this section to the attention of David Held, Executive Director, Stark-Tuscarawas-Wayne Joint Solid Waste Management District, 9918 Wilkshire Boulevard, Bolivar, Ohio 44612.
