§ 50.02 TERMINATION OF UTILITY SERVICES.
   (A)   In the event of two consecutive meter reading cycles in which the meter cannot properly be read due to conditions at the site, the utility charges shall be estimated. In that event, the Village Administrator shall cause notice to be by certified mail to the owner and occupant of the premises indicating that unless corrective action permitting the proper reading of the meter is taken within 30 days, that utility will be disconnected. In the event of a disconnection, established reconnection charges shall apply.
   (B)   Ten days prior to the disconnection under this section, a second notice giving the proposed date of disconnection shall be delivered to the affected property, and if no responsible adult is found therein, shall be posted prominently therein on the property.
