§ 37.45 INVESTMENT OF BOND PROCEEDS.
   It shall be the duty of the Clerk-Treasurer and/or authorized staff, with the assistance of financial advisors, to ensure that the investment of bond proceeds complies with all applicable sections of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, Arbitrage Rebate Regulations and bond covenants with regard to the investment of bond proceeds.
