This policy applies to the investment of all moneys of the village. This policy applies to all funds for the village, unless otherwise dictated by law or by contract on agreement, and in all cases shall comply with all applicable indentures, trust instruments, financing agreements and the like to which the village is bound. The guidance set forth herein shall be strictly followed by all village officials or employees responsible for any aspect of the management or administration of village funds.
