§ 152.117 PLAN REVIEW AND APPROVAL BY THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR.

The final approval of all various plans shall be the prerogative of the Village Administrator, when stated as such within this document. The Village Administrator shall, when deemed necessary, seek recommendations and opinions from a registered professional engineer. However, the decision of the Village Administrator shall be final in all cases.
