§ 152.089 INSPECTION FEES.

Before any construction plan is given final approval, the subdivider or developer shall deposit a sum of money for inspection fees. The amount of the estimated inspection cost shall be deposited with the Clerk-Treasurer before authorization of any construction. Such inspection fee shall be based on an hourly rate.
