§ 35.22 COMPLAINT TO KEEP THE PEACE.
   When complaint is made in writing, upon oath, before the Mayor that complainant has just cause to fear, and fears that another will commit an offense against the person or warrant, in the name of the state, to a village peace officer, commanding him or her forthwith to arrest and take the person complained of before the Mayer to answer such complaint.
